My current role involves managing trademark searches in Thailand and international jurisdictions. This entails utilizing my in-depth knowledge of local and global trademark laws, regulations, and practices. My responsibilities extend to evaluating the registrability and availability for use of trademarks, ensuring that clients make informed decisions when choosing and protecting their intellectual property assets. This involves analyzing potential risks and benefits associated with different trademark options, guiding clients on best practices, and assisting them in making decisions that align with their business objectives.

Another facet of my role involves assisting clients with domain name registration-related matters in Thailand. This includes navigating the intricacies of domain name regulations, helping clients secure their online presence, and addressing any challenges that may arise during the registration process.
