Pawalee has been working in Trademark areas for 5 years to solve problems related to Provisional Refusal against Trademarks in Thailand, as well as monitoring issues of intellectual property (IP) aspects that are closely related to trade and competition in the globalized market.
In addition to working directly with clients on their trademark issues, the work concept supporting this advice is an intention to educate and raise awareness on some of the complex IP issues that surround the protection and management of IP for client branding.
